Diaper Cakes

I made diaper cupcakes for the last work shower-so I decided to do a diaper cake this time. I didn't want to go with the traditional pale blue for a boy so I decided to go with fun bright colors instead. And I just HAD to buy the cute little zebra toy. Gotta add my personal
touch :)






The H is for Henry. I love that name...baby Henry-it just sounds so cute!

Grandma's got mad skills!

My Grandma made Benjamin a crib skirt. We searched high and low for the perfect fabric but just couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. So my very talented Grandma made stripes by cutting green and brown fabric and sewing them on the solid blue fabric. It couldn't be more perfect! It's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Grandma!!!

21 Weeks

I can NOT believe how big he is getting!

WW Update

I've been such a slacker with my WW updates-oooops!
I wasn't getting much from the Thursday meetings that I was going to so I switched to the Wednesday meetings and I like that WW leader much better.
I loved the quote the leader had up on the board last week...
If hunger isn't the problem food is not the answer
I've repeated that many times since last Wednesday :)

Butterfly Pops

I wish I would have done a better job with the presentation but I was on a time crunch today. Claire's first Birthday party had a butterfly theme so I combined the concept of cupcake pops and oreo truffles and turned them into Butterfly pops. They were pretty darn tasty!

Such a Stud

Benjamin went to his first Birthday party today. His cousin Claire turned One on Friday and she had her Birthday party today. Benjamin got all dressed up for the big event (I think it's time to retire those jeans...lookin a bit snug!)

Tummy Time

It's a struggle to keep Benjamin on his stomach for more than a couple minutes before he gets cranky. David found a tummy time mat that seems to help :)

SuperBowl Sunday

I had fun making football truffles and a fun football field cake for the game today :) I think Benjamin was happy the Packers won

Snow Day

I left work early on Monday and took Tuesday off because of the crazy St. Louis Weather. It stinks to take personal time this early in the year but it was a ton of fun to spend an extra day with my baby boy :)
